This is a bourbon El Salvador of high altitude with a cup score of 83.75 which is excellent, this coffee has notes of berry, sweetness and a nice medium body, with sweeter darker sugar notes as the coffee is roasted darker, this coffee also has nice sweetness of burnt caramel and the fruit quality of a plum or dark berries. This coffee is excellent in espresso, milk beverages, served over ice or served black, it’s very versatile and taste great!
