Freshly roasted coffee from viva barista cafe! This is a Mexican coffee, which is a natural anaerobic of high altitude with a cup score of 87.5 which is excellent. This coffee has notes of berry, and red apple. It includes a nice medium light body, with sweeter darker sugar notes of cinnamon as the coffee is roasted darker, this coffee also has nice sweetness of burnt caramel and the fruit quality of a red sweet apples or dark black berries. This coffee is excellent in espresso, milk beverages, served over ice or served black, it’s very versatile and taste great!
NOTE: this coffee is special due to the way it is processed after picking, it is very shortly introduced into a short Fermentation process, which is done under pressure. Then the coffee is left under little to no oxygen in the tanks. During these steps the green coffee creates new and interesting flavors. Try it out!
